Excuse Me, Could You Cover Your Gut, I'm Losing My Appetite
Now that I've been working out for a little over a year I'm starting to get Fatphobia (the act of becoming disgusted by fat asses). Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying being a little overweight is a problem. It's obesity (100 lbs over your traditional weight) that bothers me. I was sitting in my car in the parking lot of a local fast food restaurant and it was appalling how many kids under the age of 10 appeared to be obese, or how many "muffin tops" I spotted as countless women walked by. It's almost scary how comfortable people are now at days. It seems people everywhere embrace their obesity by flaunting distasteful clothes and magnifying their voluptuous ways. I guess insecurity went out the window a long time ago.
....Speaking of obesity, I have to really applaud the city of Los Angeles for recently putting a ban on all new Fast Food establishments in low income areas. I think it's important to give people better alternatives than just Burger King, McDonalds, and the ever so tasty Wendys. I hope more cities follow in the foot steps of Los Angeles and ban the over zealous antics of Corporate America while reducing the accessibility for unhealthy food establishments. Until then muffin tops and chunky ankles will become not just a trend, but an acceptable lifestyle for lazy folks everywhere.
I was having a debate recently with one of my friends. He claims sex is the same with just about anyone - coming from a males prospective. I completely disagree. I've had my share of bad experiences, and without going into detail you really learn to appreciate the more "skilled" partners out there. For example; having sex with one of my ex girlfriends was comparable to when you 1st got your drivers license. Sure you were overly excited with joy to get behind the wheel, but it eventually got old pretty quick. So old that you found new ways to avoid doing it all together. Do you get my drift?
Now that all the excitement surrounding the Sex And The City movie has finally calm down, I have to bring something to every one's attention. Is it me, or does Sarah Jessica Parker look like a horse?! I'm serious - not the type of horse you shoot after losing the Kentucky Derby due to a broken leg, but the kind of horse you glamor up to preform circus tricks. I don't know, you be the judge.
I'm a big fan of Ray J in both his amateur porno career as well as his singing career. However I still can't understand why he continuously dates Whitney Houston. Ewe!
My grandmother always told me Jesus would return to Earth one day. I can't believe it, she was right!
Seems like the Internet won't let the RickRichard Ross rumors go.
Final Thought: I understand the gym isn't for everybody, but what I don't understand is why do people include "walking" as a alternative for exercise? I've been saying it for a while and I'm going to say it again....WALKING ISN'T EXERCISE. You're suppose to walk, that's why you have legs! If you think walking is exercise then you are either extremely overweight, or on the verge of being overweight if you don't change your attitude. It's no coincident that 9 out of 10 people who use walking as an exercise haven't had extensive results. If you're under 40 and one of these people you should be ashamed of your self. If you want to burn calories do what I do - and run a couple of miles. It won't hurt, trust me.
Remember if Halle Berry can run while being 8 months preggers, then you have no excuse.

LMAO!
This post was funny BUT I don't agree with that running business!!! DAMN THAT!!! I have a bad knee! It does hurt...HOWEVER me & the Eliptical Machine have become close! & my cardio class is my date Mon & Wen...
I know it's hard for some people to get motivated but DAMN! It's it enough when you have to lift up your stomache to see your "Special Area" ??? Rick Ross got use to that & just said "fuck it" Lol
Half of the battle is to actually get to the gym...Once I get there I have a lot of fun actually!
I too became a fan of Ray J... once I saw his video...Kim Kardashian on the other hand....Nasty Little Tramp! Idk how Reggie Bush can kiss her...IN THE MOUTH!!!!
Final Thought: Pilates class works wonders...both for your body physically & sexually! Idk if it has the same effect on men ...but Ladies RUN TO THE GYM!
=)
Fat people have a major disadvantage in life. They get treated wrong and I believe most of them live with low self-esteem. I say that because many people have made many jokes on them in their past and it conflicts with their thinking and growing as an individual. All of the fat people I know are nice and have a good attitude towards others. Fat people also have to be smart. You really can't be mean and dumb all in one-whop (talking about self-destruction). Like Chris Rock said for every 10 lbs you overweight, you better pick up a book.
I like working out and running. It helps me stay in shape and a clue to all....
-STOP USING THE ELEVATOR & ESCALATOR. WALK EVERY STEP ONE BY ONE, NOT 2 OR 3 AT A TIME.
I do agree however I don't belive in government making a ban on fast food establishments, because to be honest if someone has to tell you what to eat your an idiot. Eating $1 double cheeseburgers three times a day will mave anyone a cow. The real problem is parent dropped the ball and instead of taking care of your kid like you should you let them run wild like freakin animals and then everyone elese has to deal with them. Now i cant get a damn bag of non baked chip because your fat ass four year old eats a bag a donuts for breakfast and you bought them for him!!!! It pisses me off. Train your fuckin kids please cause now they are fat and dumb and they are the future!!! So sad.... a reason to stay on BC!!!
LO doe you wildin… Not fat people…..lol
I totally agree…. It’s too many people out here just comfortable, with just being FAT or shall I say too pleasantly plump. Don’t get me wrong it’s great to be comfortable within your own skin. But it’s like Damn! It seems like the bigger people are their wearing the smaller clothing (ladies especially).
Sarah Jessica parker does resemble a horse. (I think it’s the long face) lol But that sex in the City movie was Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! My personal opinion is that she dresses so good it over shadows her long ass face… At least to me!:)
Moreover, Halle Berry is doing what most women fail at when preggers!!!!!!!!! Most women feel like they need to eat everything in the world, but in reality they don’t. After you have indulged in every ice cream bar, hamburger, fry etc. You look crazy because now you have all the weight that you’ve gain from the pregnancy plus all that over eating that you thought you needed to do. And now you say to yourself “I’m FuCked”, because now your fat as hell! That’s why it’s Important to work out And Eat healthy! 3 claps for halle!!!!!!
In conclusion: Stay fit, be healthy, and always Stay Fabulous…….
I agree BeSt Friend!
Love Halle !!!! Yes BF eating like dogs is in their head, we know from experience. Your baby is 6 or 7 pounds and you have gained 40 !! Do the math cause the left over weight aint a lil baby fat fat!!!
I can honestly say that everyone that posted this time totally unloaded.
LOL!!
B. Marie how you just gon come at SJP's long face damn you really got some animosity built up against that chick, I think that the horse face must do wonders in the bed room because she has held down Matt Broderick aka Ferris Buehler for a while.
Sandy P sounds like she’s about ready to snatch one of those little crumb snatchers up and punch em in the face, hey sandy first rounds on me. LOL.
Oh.... and last but definitely not least Lynda...Lynda..Lynda you see I don’t front so Im going to come out and say that you are defintley "ready" you are a candidate for the baby got back awards, now I know that I come off a little rough but I would be real gentle and I would let it marinate, and I would.......whew!! I know you’re involved so im going to wait till you ready for some chocolate. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LMAO!!!!
Matt you're a damn nut!
BUT a funny one...you do have a funny way with words!
Who is spreadin' these lies about me being involved?
AND this about this Chocolate business...That's always been my weakness since 2003 =)
It seems like the bigger people are wearing smaller clothes-BritMarie I second that!
-Yo, let's start the kellsfetishworkout plan and set examples for all of the people not motivated. We should all participate and pair up.
-Lynda make sure you bring MiNi ME, she could be my partner!
First, sex is NEVER the same with just about anyone! Never, ever! I wonder if the ex you speak of reads this blog and wonders if she's who you're talking about....
Obese people CHOOSE to be obese, just like smokers choose to smoke. You know what health problems it causes, and you do it anyway. Working out isn't the problem-- changing your lifestyle is.
Funny, I always wondered why Whitney still dated Ray-J! That's an improvement over Bobby, but not by much.

Lynda - Nothings wrong with Pilates!
Angelo - Did you really use the term "fat" to generalize a whole group of people?! Perhaps you need to take some sensitivity classes young man.
Sandy P - Well before I address anything you said, let me 1st start off by introducing you to a term that I think you need to become familiar with. It's one word, two syllables..."whosaa." (pronouced who sa)
As far as your logic I think you're absolutely right. Parenting is a major problem with childhood obesity. Women and men alike no longer provide home cooked meals, or healthy alternatives. Instead parents everywhere use fast food establishments as the quick fix. Sad.....but true.
P.S I'm totally behind your endorsement of birth control. Let's get some t-shirts made....ASAP.
Brittani Marie -Halle Berry's workout regimen should be admired by women everywhere. It's imperative that women realize being preggers isn't an excuse to be lazy and undesirable in terms of physical appearance.
Cutie S - As far as the sex analogy, let's just say I'm sure it'll linger onto the minds of many. It would be too easy for me to mention who exactly I'm talking about and her personal frequency of visits to Lost in Transition. Instead I'll let curiosity kill this kitten.
As far as obesity, I think you made a good point. Obesity is personality choice. That's why I don't feel sorry for the large majority of people who choose not to take care of them selves physically.
To bring to an end: Great comments guys. It's not often I receive such a generous submissions of feedback.
