Rest in Peace to Dr. West, the mother of rap star Kanye West. Dr. West supposedly died today in a LA. Hospital. Rumors are said that the former Chicago State College educator died after an allergic reaction to some medication given to her during a tummy tuck and breast augmentation surgery. Dr. West retired as the Chair of the English Department at Chicago State IL after 30 years of service in education to pursue managing her son's career. Dr. West was known to be very close to her son, and a recent tribute ("Hey Momma", a favorite of mine) to her on Oprah performed by Kanye proved that their relationship was very unique to say the least. Dr. West was 58, and leaves behind her only son - Kanye West.
It appears Tigga from BET's The Basement has a lot to hide about his past, and this time it has nothing to do with being caught with a transsexual.
Unfortunately, after hearing about the lost of Kanye's mother, I sat back and thought what if something like that happened to me? Just the thought of me losing my mother makes me tremble in fear. For years it was just me and my mother. No sisters, brothers, or father figure, just me and my mother. I've seen my mother struggle and bust her ass just to make sure I had a good life. She recently told me she was making a little over $30,00 year when I was 4, but made sure I went to one of the best school's in the country - University of Chicago Lab School. She's ALWAYS made sacrifices, and I love her for that. My mother never abused drugs, alcohol, or even dissed me for another man - and for that, I'm more than proud of her.
...So to everyone out there, don't take your mother for granted. All jokes aside, it could be a lot worst.

I know that kanye is all messed up right now I cant even imagine how that brother is feeling. The sad part about it is that she didn't have to pass that way, it always fucks with me when people pass in situations like this because in all honesty wee all know that surgery has its risks but we take it for granted because of the technology thats available to us today. Stay strong Kanye.
